About Our Practice

Swan Street Surgery is a friendly family practice, who have been caring for the patients of Yokine and surrounding areas for over 26 years. We offer a wide range of services in one place and are open after hours to provide our patients with the best possible healthcare.

Our centre also offers an accredited practice nurse who is available for vaccinations, wound dressings and health assessments for older patients.

To make things easy for you; Pathology, Podiatry, Dentistry and Physiotherapy are all available on-site.

We have plenty of on-site parking available and a children’s play area complete with table and chairs, toys and books, as well as magazines, T.V and a water cooler for you and your family to enjoy while waiting.
